Priorat - one of the most iconic regions in Spain (Catalunya). We absolutley love Priorat wines, they are so individual, so flavoursome and really "Authentic".

Priorat is not an easy region, soaring hot temperatures, scarce rainfall and generally tough cultivation conditions. All those challenges make concentrated flavoursome fruit and aflavour so unique that once you get to know Priorat you will go back for more and more. It's the soil that makes it such a brilliant region. Due to all of the above Priorat's come with a price tag but in terms of what's in your glass, fantastic value for money.

Clos del Mas is a great starting point to get to know Priorat. It is full bodied, deeply fruity and with significant tannins. The tannins are by no means invasive, they are velvety on the palate. It has aromas of black fruit, spice and choclate.

If you can, decant this wine, allow it to open up for a couple of hours and enjoy with a meal. Fantastic. It's hand harvested, hand selected and 100% organic.
